Service and Computational Model of Intelligent Traffic Management Cloud Platform Constructed by Wireless Mesh Network
Abstract
Intelligent Traffic Management Cloud Platform (ITMCP) can be used to improve integration and compatibility of Intelligent Transportation Systems. The service model of ITMCP includes client, cloud and pipe. The pipe is proposed to be divided into two major parts--Core Backbone Network (CBN) and Road Access Network (RAN) according to the actual situation of urban transportation. Wireless Mesh Network is used to construct RAN .It is a very important part of the whole network. When constructing RAN, it is a core issue that how routing protocol chooses the most optimal path for large amounts of data to transmit. Revised Channel Interference Algorithm is proposed to calculate the most optimal path. The core parameter in the algorithm RETTI takes into account not only traditional factors such as delay but also channel interference and node load compared with other parameter such as Hop-Count, ETX and ETT.
