Study on the Ecological Property Right System of Forest Resources in China

Abstract

Clarifying the forest ecological property rights is an important content of the construction of ecological civilization. Due to forest resources with external and exclusive limited features determine, so the definition of property rights is difficult to copy the traditional property right system. It is necessary for us to construct an inclusive property law system to cover the multi-level rights, and make a breakthrough of the forest resources ecological property definition in the process of the reform of collective forest right system.
