Discussion on the Mode of Socialized Medical Operation Under the Reform of Medical System

Abstract

This paper analyzes the policy support and health needs of community medical service in the city A, and points out that the shortage of talents is the bottleneck problem of the most urgent problem to be solved. At the same time, according to the determination of the ownership of social medical treatment, this paper combs and analyzes the development pattern of diversified medical treatment and typical hospital cases, including sole proprietorship mode, management outsourcing mode, service outsourcing mode, franchise mode, mixed ownership mode and leasing mode. To further explore the risks in the process of doing business to further promote the relevant social security measures, that is, according to their own situation to choose the right model to participate in medical treatment, give full consideration to the legal and policy risks, the correct brand of public hospitals, technology and other market value assessment .
