Study of Science and Technology Collaborative Innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region—Based on Triple Helix Model

Abstract

Coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become an important national strategy. To achieve coordinated development of this region, the emphasis is promoting the science and technology coordinated development. This paper analyzes the base of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region achieving technology synergy innovation, then combined with the three helix model, constructing the mechanism of science and technology collaborative innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region including: knowledge collaborative innovation, technology collaborative innovation and system collaborative innovation. This mechanism will play an important in promoting the science and technology collaborative innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
