Research on the Competency of Accounting Staff in Financial Sharing Center in the Era of Big Data

Abstract

With the advent of the era of big data, Financial Sharing Center, as one of the most popular financial management modes, is being used by more and more enterprises. As a product of the new era, the Financial Sharing Center is quite different from the traditional accounting posts in terms of personnel ability requirements. This paper analyzes and summarizes the competency of accounting personnel in Financial Sharing Center by collecting the job requirements of accounting personnel in current recruitment websites, summarizes the characteristics that accounting personnel should have in the new era, and puts forward suggestions for the development of accounting personnel.
