Study on Cultivation Mode of Postgraduate’s Engineering Practice Ability Based on Integration of Production and Education: A Case of Computer Technology Professional Master
Abstract
Guided by the idea of integration of production and education, in order to solve the problems of disjointed theoretical learning and practical ability training and weak engineering practice ability in the current cultivation of professional master, this paper studies and practices the professional master’s training system of engineering practice ability for "the training standard of five dimensions—the double practice base" based on "the ability of professional basic knowledge—the ability of engineering practice - the ability of organizational communication - the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship—the ability of professional ethics and accomplishment" and “practical teaching base inside school—practice base for integration of production and education outside schoolâ€. The cultivation mode of engineering practice ability based on the practical teaching process of "five level progressive" and the learning style of "three stages" has been established. Good results have been achieved in the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in our university‘s computer technology.
