Research on the Leadership Development Under New Situation for Cadets

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance and primal problems in leadership development for cadets. Moreover, it analyses the main practices during the new educational and teaching reform for leadership development in US army. In the end, available measures are presented which can be conducive to the talents training under new situation. The achievements are significant to strengthen and improve the quality of leadership development.
