Discussion Teaching of Real Estate Development and Management

Abstract

"Real estate development and management" is an economic management courses which is under the background of architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture in South China University of Technology, In view of its realistic, comprehensive and practical characteristics, the course aims to stimulate students to think from different angles as the starting point, and carry out the practice of interactive research teaching mode. This paper studies the curriculum orientation, objectives and design, based on the aspects of teaching content, professional background and teaching effect, and tries to construct the real estate curriculum structure which adapts to the teaching system of architecture.
