Measure on Information Service of Government Wechat Based on User Experience
Abstract
With the development and popularization of Wechat, government agencies have used the Wechat. Government Wechat becomes the new platform to provide electronic public service. Based on the analysis of the existing literature and combined with user experience systems and models, this paper proposed the user experience model of the government Wechat platform. This paper constructed 24 indicators and designed the questionnaires about "Nantong traffic police" government Wechat. This paper modified the user experience model and determined the weight of indicators by factor analysis. Finally, combined with the results of the questionnaires, this paper put forward some advice of the development of government Wechat.
