The Research of Foreign Language Talents “Go West†Strategy under the Competition Environment of “The Belt and Roadâ€

Abstract

Our country uses the "telescope" to reflect the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt by opening the policy of “The Belt and Road†and “Peoples Innovation and Entrepreneurshipâ€. This paper is based on Talent Competence Quality Model and Organizational Behavior Theories, combining the characteristics of the Silk Road Economic Belt and using SPSS software to analyze data from questionnaires which mainly based on the foreign language talents to study what kind of professionalism and abilities of foreign language talents’ need to be improved to reduce their dependence on existing life and improve their satisfaction with the future living environment of the Silk Road Economy. So that talent will produce "go west" desire which will establish a foundation for cultural transmission and exchanges between China and Central Asians.
