Application of Interpretation Theory in the Translation of Web-Based Forums

Abstract

In the Internet age, various kinds of forum programs have become one of the most popular TV programs in China and Western countries, such as "Xiao Lecture" and "Lecture Room" in China. Western countries almost every university has a forum program, such as the Harvard forum. As an important bridge of cultural exchange between China and the West, the translation of forum programs cannot be overlooked. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the online forum, summarizes the difficulties in the interpretation of the network forum, especially the difficulties in the interpretation of English and Chinese, and uses the interpretation theory to explore the difficulty of the solution.
