Research on the Teaching Efficacy of Teachers in Local Colleges and Universities

Abstract


The sense of teacher's classroom teaching efficacy refers to the teachers' perception and belief in the daily teaching activities, which can be expressed as the ability to complete the teaching work and achieve the teaching goal[1]. Based on the investigation and analysis of the local university teachers, the results show that the level of teachers' teaching efficacy directly affects the teachers' teaching enthusiasm and teaching effect.
