Research on the Curriculum System of Information Security and Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Education Based on Post Competency Model
Abstract
As a way of human resource management and evaluation, post competency model has been widely used in Enterprises. This paper introduces the theory of post competency into the system construction of information security course in higher vocational colleges, refining the post competency elements, establishing the competency model, and constructing the professional curriculum system based on post competency, and all-round implementation of teaching competence in teaching organization.
