Abstract

This paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of electronic archives management of teaching and research in local colleges and universities. Based on the problems in management, the paper explores how to store, excavate and utilize scientifically the electronic archives through building institutional repository to promote the transformation and appreciation of knowledge, and improve the efficiency of electronic archive management
