Review on the Research of the Science and Technology Archives in China From 2006 to 2015

Abstract

Using the method of literature metrology for 2006-2015 years by Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) of the science and technology archives collected for statistical analysis, evaluation of the field; results show that science and technology archives published 1829 papers in nearly ten years, the number of changes with time in the overall downward trend, the source mechanism and author are very scattered, high level of scientific research institutions and the core author group have not yet formed, citation frequency is generally low and rarely get funding; thus, the quantity, quality, attention and influence in the field of research need to be improved and be valued by the academic community.
