Abstract

It is an inevitable requirement for economic and industrial development to train IT professionals with international perspective in the era of big data. At present, there are still many shortcomings in the international talent training of local universities in China. For example, the existing training methods cannot meet the needs of international IT professionals, the lack of teachers with international vision, and the single form of talent exchange. International IT professionals need to have international cooperation, cross-border thinking, diversified knowledge structure, and innovative practice capabilities. By strengthening teacher construction, reforming teaching models, enriching exchanges and cooperation, and creating an international campus atmosphere, we will explore and cultivate innovative IT talents in local universities with international perspectives.
