The Study on Employee’s Advice and Statement from the Perspective of Deprivation Theory
Abstract
This study conducts qualitative research interviews with employees of on-the-job enterprises to explore the impact of employee advice on individual employees and the perceived deprivation of employees. Employees are willing to make suggestions, and pay more attention to the results of suggestions. Employees' suggestions have the greatest impact on personal relationships, followed by work attitude, work efficiency and personal image. Employees' psychological capital has a significant moderating effect between the results of suggestions and perceptions of deprivation. Employees' sense of deprivation caused by failure of suggestions (rejection or neglect of suggestions) is significantly higher than that of suggestions. Gong (advice is accepted), but gender, age and working years of employees have no significant impact on their willingness to make suggestions. From the perspective of employees, this paper explores the deprivation perception of different aspects of interpersonal relationship after employees' suggestions, which has practical significance for enterprises to improve the system of employees' suggestions.
