With the continuous development of management concept, “meticulous management†concept has been widely used in the business community. Meticulous management mode can help to solve the practical problems in the work from the root of the problem. Applying meticulous management philosophy and university student management work, its importance is self-evident, could set the meticulous management idea, from establish specialized talented person troop, perfect student management mechanism, using such as ways to promote students’ management practice.
